The Municipality of Princeton (Princeton), by issuance of this Request for Proposals (RFP), hereby solicits proposals from qualified Professional Engineering firms to provide the following consulting civil engineering services on an as-needed basis. Princeton may select multiple firms to establish a pool of qualified consultants from which to choose for services on specific projects or assignments. Capital Infrastructure Construction Administration and Inspection Services. Interested firms that respond to this RFP (Respondents) shall have extensive experience, background, and qualifications in conducting inspection of municipal infrastructure projects for municipalities of similar size, economic condition, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements as Princeton. Municipal Land Use Site Development Application Review Services. Respondents shall have extensive experience, background, and qualifications to review site plan development applications, to prepare reports to appropriate boards of jurisdiction, and to provide testimony at board and committee meetings. Municipal Land Use Site Development Construction Inspection Services. Respondents shall have extensive experience, background, and qualifications in conducting inspection of approved site developments for municipalities of similar size, economic condition, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements as Princeton.
