Therefore, bids will be received at a new location and read publicly using a live streaming process only. Work being performed includes, but not limited to, concrete sawing, excavation, electrical work, inductive bus chargers, conduit runs, backfill, and concrete at the Everett Transit operation base located at 3325 Cedar Street, Everett, WA 98201. All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required ofthe successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved, by the City to postpone the award for a period offorty-five (45) days after bid opening.
