Project No-9249 Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Renovations to Kings Corner Manor. The project will be financed with a Small Cities CDBG grant from the State of Connecticut Department of Housing, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. All contractors must comply with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities requirements. All Requests for Information, (RFI) for this bid must be received by 5:00 pm EST, Thursday, April 7, 2022. Contract Documents including Plans and Specifications, dated February 15, 2022, as prepared by J ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, 84 Market Square, Suite 3, Newington, CT 06111, (860) 666-7063 will be on file at the Ledyard Housing Authority, 60 Kings Highway, Gales Ferry, Connecticut 06335 All bid forms must be completely filled in when submitted. Attention of bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require payment of Federal or State prevailing wages, and compliance with certain local, state and federal requirements. The highest of these published rates shall be paid. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bid, without the consent of the Town of Ledyard.
