Site work for a stadium in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified firms with demonstrated experience to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Reference, and Appendices stated herein, to complete the design and construction of a new cast-in-place concrete skate park and provide all associated construction management services. The skate park will be constructed near the entrance to the YMCA North End, located at 70 Twin Oaks Drive, in Moncton, N.B. Proponents responding to the public notice are advised that official RFP documents may ONLY be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) OR through the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department (E-mail: info.purchasing@moncton.ca / Tel: 506-853-3535). The successful Proponent shall coordinate the construction of the facility in 2023, contingent upon achieving a final approved design in 2022.
