CONTRACT FORMS Each bid shall be made out on the Bid Form contained in the specifications. A cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid as evidence of good faith that the Bidder, if successful, will enter into a Contract satisfactory to the County. The successful bidder, in addition thereto, will furnish Surety Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid covering payment of labor and materials, and one hundred percent (100%) of the bid covering faithful performance.
