As of March 15, 2022, the Electrical Bid Package is rebidding. Bid Package No. 01 - Framing, Gyp Board, Insulation, Acoustical Ceilings (L&M) (Already bid) Bid Package No. 02 - Electrical (L&M) REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING CEILING GRID AND LIGHTS IN THE MARKED AREAS ON THE FLOOR PLAN. (As of March 14, 2022, this bid package is rebidding.) The Project consists of interior renovation at Orvis Risner Elementary including but not limited to removal and replacement of existing ceiling systems and lighting. SUMMARY A. The Electrical Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, scaffolding, machinery,equipment, appliances, and services necessary to complete the Electrical Work under this Construction Contract. All systems and equipment shall be complete in every respect and all items of material, equipment, and labor shall be furnished and installed for a fully operational system. The Electrical Subcontractor shall coordinate its Work with the Work of the other trades so as to resolve any conflicts without impeding job progress or the Schedule. Provide notice with the bid proposal to the Owner and Contractor with the bid proposal of any concrete Work required by this Division that is not indicated on the Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, or Electrical Drawings. B. The Electrical Subcontractor shall examine all the Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression Drawings, and other Divisions and sections of the Specifications in order to determine the complete scope of the Work required to be completed under this Division. Failure to examine all the Contract Documents for this Project will not relieve the Electrical Subcontractor of the responsibility to perform all the Work required for a complete, fully operational, and satisfactory electrical installation. C. The Electrical Work to be performed under this Construction Contract is all in connection with the construction and erection of the Project as listed and located in the construction documents
