Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 9, 2022, project was awarded to DeSantis Construction, awarded amount is $84,703.60. The bid shall provide for the installation of pedestrian safety improvements including curb, sidewalk and a rectangular rapid flashing beacon at the intersection of Cold Soil Road and Jochris Drive. The work under this contract includes 1,220 sy of milling and 140 tons of HMA 9.5M64 on Jochris Drive, as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on May 3, 2022, subject to the availability of funds in the 2022 Adopted Budget. Construction shall commence on or about June 1, 2022. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
