Bid Schedule A: Water Meter Improvements Install 30 5/8" water meters in retractable base pit; replace 75 5/8" water meters; replace 2 1.5" water meters; remove meter, furnish and install 5/8" water meter idler; test operate curb stop and verify valve shuts off; and all related appurtenances to the aforementioned work Bid Schedule B: Water Tower Rehabilitation Install aviation light and electrical work; sandblast and recoat interior and exterior surfaces; seal roof/wall seams and holes; raise overflow; remove spider rod assembly; safety climb system on roof ladder; anti-climb assembly at bottom of ladder; and all related appurtenances to the aforementioned work. Bid Schedule C: Lift Station Improvements Remove and replace pumps, base elbow and rails; remove and replace control panel; prepare surfaces and coat pipes, valves and fittings in vault; and all related appurtenances to the aforementioned work. A bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid will be accepted in lieu of a certified check or bank draft. Surety for bid bond must be authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota. The goal for Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) on this project is one percent (1%) and the goal for Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) on this project is four percent (4%).
