New exterior doors and door assemblies. 7. New and refurbished exterior lighting. 8. New exterior fall protection system. 9. New exterior only lightning protection system. 10. Accessibility upgrades including site work, signage, and doors. 11. Mechanical work related to new roof. 12. Plumbing work related to new roof.
