Specialized contractor for general electrical building maintenance work at the Casino du Lac-Leamy at the Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel and at the CPE
The Société des casinos du Québec inc. would like to receive offers from specialized contractors to carry out general electrical building maintenance work at the Casino du Lac-Leamy, the Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel and the CPE.
All the conditions of this call for tenders are contained in this document. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must meet the following criteria , otherwise his bid will be automatically rejected: Have obtained the call for tenders document via the Quebec government's electronic tendering system "SEAO";
Have an establishment in Quebec or Ontario where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal business hours;
Be accredited with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) and hold the appropriate license for the work covered by this document;
Hold a valid Certificate from Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for tenders. Failing to hold such a certificate, the tenderer must provide the form "Absence of establishment in Quebec" attached to section E - "Tender form" of this document, if it does not have an establishment. in Quebec where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours;
Not be registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA);
Possess, on the date of submission of tenders, a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the general electrical maintenance of buildings such as: hotel, factory, government building, office tower, museum. In this regard, the Société des casinos du Québec inc. may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the tenderer, of its parent company or of an enterprise resulting from the merger of the tenderer, of one of its subsidiaries or of its parent company;
Have executed during the last five (5) years one (1) contract of a commercial or institutional nature similar to that requested by the Société des casinos du Québec inc. including the supply of the required personnel and whose minimum annual value is $500,000 each, excluding taxes;
In the case of a submission whose integrity has not been established, the failure to remedy this irregularity within two (2) working days following the notice of default sent by the Société des casinos du Québec inc. . will result in the rejection of the submission.
The Société des casinos du Québec inc. does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any other tender received and, where applicable, will retain the tender that best meets its needs.
