Question Cutoff Date 3/31/2022 01:00:00 PM (ET) Site Visit :- The project site is publicly accessible, therefore potential bidders are free to visit the site and an Owner-organized site visit will not be scheduled. Because of stipulations required in the BLM Right of Way Grant, LVVWD cannot authorize any equipment to be driven onto BLM property for testing. Foot traffic and hand held equipment are all that would be allowed on BLM property until after NTP has been issued and plant surveys and salvage operations have been complete. The Work consists of approximately 10,160 linear feet of 42-inch diameter mortar lined and coated, tape wrapped steel pipe (MLTCP). The pipeline shall include five (5) valve vaults with isolation valves, access manways, air valves, blow-offs, cathodic protection, fiber optic conduit and related waterline appurtenances. The project shall connect to the yard piping of the Cougar 3090 Zone Reservoir (C1550) and continue in a southeasterly direction before terminating and connecting with a wet tap to the existing Hualapai 3090 Zone South Pipeline (C1197).
