The Request for Quotes (RFQ) that will follow this notice is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. Project Location: o Tyler Bend Visitor Center, Buffalo National River o 170 Ranger Rd. St. Joe, AR 72675. Project Description: Replacement of HVAC Units at Tyler Bend Visitor Center. Period of Performance: 45 days ARO. Procurement set aside: 100% Small Business NAICS CODE: 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors, Size Standard $16.5 Million have a Unique Entity ID (DUNS) number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov. SITE VISIT: There will be no official site visit, however, there are pictures of the current inoperable HVAC units attached as part of the Statement of Work included with this solicitation.
