If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. -Clean building exterior -Repoint damaged or deteriorated brick mortarjoints -Replace sealant at all window, door, louver perimeters -Wet glaze aluminum windows -Repair glazing compound at windows as necessary -Remove, salvage, repaint, reinstall window security bars -Prepare and paint exterior of windows in place -Prepare and paint steel window lintels -Patch spalled or deteriorated plaster parge coat -Apply elastomeric coating to plaster parge coat -Apply elastomeric coating to previously coated masonry on building exterior -Prepare and paint loading dock area metal and wood elements -Patch and repair damaged or deteriorated concrete at base of building -Remove tile, clean, and prepare substrate, and install pedestrian deck coating at east entry stairs and landings -Repair damaged concrete on underside of east entry stair landing -Patch concrete where existing railing around building perimeter is removed -Remove tile and topping slab at existing tiled sidewalk on East elevation -Pour back 4" thick concrete at sidewalk -Remove tile and existing concrete at light pole area -Pour back concrete to match and reinstall flag pole -Epoxy injection crack repair at interior basement concrete ceilings (500 LF)
