The Borough of Red Bank NJ reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals to waive any minor irregularities in any bid proposal if it is considered in the best interest of the Borough to do so. No bid shall be deemed accepted or a Contract awarded until public adoption of the resolution to that effect by the Borough of Red Bank, NJ. Bids may be held by the Borough of Red Bank for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract, unless said period is extended by mutual consent.
