DPR Construction is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified subcontractors for the following project: University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce (project code #P05456) located at 125 Ruppel Drive in Charlottesville, VA. The McIntire School of Commerce is a new 4-story 74,000 SF classroom building, that also includes demolition and renovations to the historic 23,000 SF 3-story Cobb Hall, a new underground tunnel to the adjacent Rouss Robertson Hall, reconstruction of Ruppel Drive walkway, and extensive site utility and site improvement work. METALS, MILLWORK, WATERPROOFING, ROOFING, FIREPROOFING, FIRESTOPPING, JOINT SEALANTS, AIR & VAPOR BARRIER, DOORS, FRAMES, & HARDWARE, SPECIALTY DOORS, GLASS & GLAZING, DRYWALL & ROUGH CARPENTRY, ACOUSTICAL PLASTER, TILE & TERRAZZO, CARPET & RESILIENT FLOORING, RESINOUS, FLOORING, PAINT & WALL COVERINGS, SPECIALTIES, SIGNAGE, OPERABLE PARTITIONS, DEMOUNTABLE PARTITIONS, FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT, LOADING DOCK EQUIPT., WINDOW TREATMENTS, FURNITURE, ELEVATORS, FIRE PROTECTION, PLUMBING, HVAC & CONTROLS, ELECTRICAL & FIRE ALARM, EARTHWORK, SUPPORT OF EXCAVATION, PAVERS.
