Description: Schedule A - Water Main Replacement o Approx. 1,060 feet of 6-inch PVC C900 DR18 water main installation via open trench. o Approx. 607 feet of 6-inch HDPE DR11 DIPS water main installation via directional drilling. o Installation of four (4) 6-inch gate valves w/ boxes. o Approx. 290 feet of 1-inch HDPE DR9 water service line installation via open trench. o Approx. 505 feet of 1-inch HDPE DR9 water service line installation via directional drilling. o Installation of 18 corporation stops w/ saddles and curb stops w/ boxes. o Installation of four (4) fire hydrants w/ 6-inch gate valve and box (1 via live tapping). o Three (3) connections to existing water system. o Abandonment of existing AC water main, water service lines, curb stops, fire hydrants, and gate valves. o Restoration of roads, driveways, and concrete sidewalk and court.
