Renovation of a municipal facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PN-1390 The Owner will receive bids for the replacement of an existing standing seam roofing system and skylight roofing system.. The Work will include: Minor demolition, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, metal standing seam roofing, metal framed skylight, metal counterflashing, gutters and downspouts, TPO roofing patching and sealants. The Work will commence on Monday, May 2, 2022 , and be performed such that the Project will be Substantially Complete as indicated in the Document A Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any errors, omissions or irregularities in the bids or the bidding procedure when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve its best interests. Any bid which is not accompanied by the required bid security or by any other documents or certifications required by the Bidding Documents, and any bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection at the sole discretion of the Owner.
