Reference number : 1580478 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non The municipality of Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, owner, wishes to obtain bids in a sealed envelope to retain the services of a general contractor to carry out paving work, culvert reconstruction and miscellaneous work. This work must meet the technical requirements mentioned in the technical specifications and the plans of these specifications, subject to any standards or requirements prescribed by the laws or regulations in force. Tenders must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. To be admissible, tenders must meet the requirements established by these specifications and be returned to the Municipality duly completed. No changes should be made to the official submission form and its annexes. Tenders, in duplicate, must be typed except for signatures and initials. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received within the framework of this call for tenders. PREPARATION OF TENDERS Tenders for paving, surface treatment and miscellaneous work must be typed, except for signatures and initials, in duplicate on the forms provided in the tender documents. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
