All Contractors named in this proposal shall possess a valid Public Works Contractor's Registration Certificate pursuant to NJSA 34:11-56.48 et. seq., at the time the proposal is received. No Bid Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening. Bidders are required by law to submit a list of names and addresses of all interest holders owning 10% or more of the business entity's interest. Contractors bidding on this Project shall comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.27 et seq.
