Questions Due Date: Mar 25th 2022, 12:00 PM CDT This project consist of furnishing all personnel, labor, materials, and incidentals necessary for the reconstruction of the asphalt park road, parking areas, and the regrading of the existing ditches at Eisenhower Park. The scope of work consists of, but not limited to, the following tasks for reconstructing approximately 12,010 LF of roads and approximately 39,800 SF of parking areas within Harris County Precinct 1. 1. Reconstruction of Walton Road Loop (approx. 9,180 LF), Walton Road (approx. 2,830 LF), and Parking Areas (approx. 39,800 SF). 2. Remove and dispose of existing asphaltic surface and base material. 3. Stabilize subgrade, apply HMAC base course and surface course as shown on plans. 4. Mill off 1-2 inches asphalt surfaces at transitions, intersections, bridges, and driveways. 5. Apply HMAC Type "D" Surface Course for feathering driveways and Intersections 1-2 inches thick. 6. Place reflectorized Pavement Markings, Type I, along with other related pavement markings, where existing pavement markings are overlaid with new asphalt. 7. Provide adequate traffic control detour during all phases of construction 8. Regrade existing roadside ditches. 9. Implementation of storm water pollution prevention (SWPPP) measures. 10.
