This project it to construct a new wood framed storage facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. The building is 11.5m x 7.6m (88.23 meter square) and is a single story garage type structure. The structure will be insulated, and have Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP) as an interior finish. Exterior will be clad with metal siding, and the roof will gable end style with asphalt shingles. There will also be the need to prepare the site for the concrete slab that it sits on, the apron in front of the overhead door, as well as utilities in the building such as electrical and air handling. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31st , 2023. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
