Renovation of a parking garage in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
**As of March 21, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The primary scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Bid Form Item A - Topping slab repair which requires: a. Verifying the extents of topping slab damage visually or by hammer sounding or chain dragging exposed concrete surfaces in the vicinity of repairs indicated on the plans. Visually mark extents and verify extent with Owner's representative prior to demolition. b. Demolition of existing, damage concrete c. Placement of new concrete topping slab d. Pavement markings shall be repainted to match existing after completion of all topping slab repairs. The cost of pavement markings shall be included in the unit cost for topping slab repair 2. Item B - Partial-depth concrete repair which requires: a. Verifying the extents of concrete damage visually and by hammer sounding exposed concrete surfaces in the vicinity of repairs indicated on the plans. b. Demolition and removal of damaged concrete c.
