Bidders are invited to attend the opening, however wearing a mask is mandatory in accordance with health measures due to COVID-19. This contract is subject to the ACCQO (Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario), the AQNB (Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008), as well as to the CFTA (Canadian Free Trade Agreement).
