The proposed work may include but is not necessarily limited to: Removing old crack sealant where it has failed and is revealing 1/4 " width and 3" depth crevasses, prior to applying new sealant. Some areas on the runway have been identified for block patching. These particular block patching areas are where existing block patches have failed or have seam separation. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted to the Engineer no later than Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. and should be directed to Brian Pinsonault at bpinsonault@dubois-king.com Bid security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with the Bid. The bid security may be either a certified check or a proposal guaranty bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Hampshire. Bid security shall be made payable to the Town of Haverhill. Late bids, unsigned bids, facsimile bids, electronic, or bids submitted without security will not be considered. The successful bidder must provide a 100 percent Performance Bond, and a 100 percent Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and begin execution of this contract within five (5) calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any informality. The Town of Haverhill reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town of Haverhill and the Dean Memorial Airport.
