**As of May 23, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Owner's Representative is expected to act on the Owner's behalf in overseeing the port development and expansion project from construction to completion and close-out. This means being the independent advocate and advisor to the Albany Port District Commission to coordinate all activities of the project, manage costs, schedule, identify and mitigate risks, accelerate project delivery and optimize value for the APDC and the project team. The deadline for questions pertaining to this RFP is Wednesday, April 6, 2022, by 12noon. Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be emailed to vspadaro@portofalbany.us. I. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and sent to all parties and posted on the Port's website by 5pm on Friday, April 8, 2022. J. Responses will be opened and evaluated for accuracy and eligibility. Awards are expected to be announced within (30) thirty days. Questions pertaining to this solicitation for bids shall be emailed to vspadaro@portofalbany.us . The question cutoff date is Wednesday, April 6, 2022, by Noon. Responses to all questions will be sent in the form of an addendum to all parties and posted to the APDC website, no later than, Friday, April 8, 2022, by 5pm.
