This project is funded by the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians through the FHWA Bureau of Indian Affairs, Wawatam Township and Emmet County Road Commission. All federal-aid project rules are in effect for the project. The work for this project includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for HMA Base Crush and shape, earth excavation, embankment, aggregate base, HMA paving, topsoil, seed and mulch, and Pavement Marking per the attached plans and specifications. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in the bid procedure, and to award in the best interest of the Road Commission. No contractual relationship shall exist between the undersigned and the Board for the work described herein until such a time as the full contract documents have been formally executed by both the contractor and the Board. Wilderness Park Drive, from 0.28 miles west of Trailsend Road then south for 1.04 miles The Board of Emmet County Road Commissioners will discuss awarding the work at its Thursday, April 14, 2022 meeting
