The College at Brockport will receive sealed bid proposals for Project 021045 The main features of the work shall include, but not limited to: Remove the existing steam generating boilers (2) and all associated components. This includes, but is not limited to: Boilers, pumps, HWS/R piping, steam and condensate piping, condensate receiver system, heat exchangers, ... Provide a new boiler system with associated heat exchangers as shown on the contract drawings. Provide all associated control system and mechanical / electrical equipment tie-ins. The system must be operational by September 15th, 2022. In the event the boilers are not functional by this date, the contractor will be responsible for providing a temporary boiler system.
