El Rancho Unified School District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified design-build firms capable of providing comprehensive energy, gas, and water infrastructure modernizations for El Rancho Unified School District ("District"). It is the intent of the District to improve the health and efficiency of its facilities through indoor air quality improvements, utility savings measures, and other operational efficiencies. To fund the program, the District "Owner" intends to utilize state programs, such as AB 841, utility incentive programs, federal programs, general obligation bonds, and/or other budgetneutral funding solutions. Questions regarding this RFQ/P must be submitted in writing by email to jfitchett@erusd.org on or before March 21, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. All responses to questions will be released by 4 p.m., March 23, 2022. The District, at its sole discretion, also reserves the right to reject any or all bidders.
