All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks to be supplied and installed by contractor. All trash and debris to be removed by contractor and hauled off. Do not use City dumpster. lean area when work is complete. Area to be ready for business use when finished. If any equipment is found to be defective it is to be identified to owner for approval of repair/replacement. All material shall conform to the latest issue of all applicable standards established by NEMA, and underwriters' laboratories, inc. and shall bear manufacturer ' s trade and brand name. All work shall be installed and completed with the latest rules and regulations of the ASME, NFPA,NEC and all State and local codes and standards and such work not so installed shall be removed and reinstalled at the Contractor ' s expense. Warranties on all furnished equipment and industry standards on parts and labor, all manufacturers' warranties should apply.
