The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking to retain a licensed surveying firm to provide land surveying services for the Authority in the Syracuse and Buffalo Divisions on an as-needed basis. Applicants may be permitted to utilize Unmanned Aircraft Systems to perform assignments made under this contract. All UAS operations must be conducted within the regulations set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration in 14 CFR Part 107. Applicants may be tasked to self-perform or acquire services on behalf of the Authority relating to Photogrammetry or Aerial Photography on an as-needed basis. All digital files (DTM, etc.) for these deliverables must be submitted in the Bentley In-Roads format for use with the latest version of Microstation. The estimated value of this agreement is $ 900,000. Assignments are expected to begin in the fall of 2022. The duration of this agreement is forty-eight months and the Authority shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to extend this agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year term. Agreement Term: Four years, with an option for the Authority to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year term. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
