Work to be performed under this maintenance project consists of infiltration restoration of two cells within the RP3 Basins recharge facility. Infiltration restoration work includes, but not limited to, several stages: removal of vegetation and debris, gathering of silt material from the basin floors, windrows and slopes, disposing of all silt material and debris, providing minor floor grade adjustments that improve and restore proper drainage of basins, repairing and track-walking basin slopes, and ripping and smoothing the basin floors. The Contractor shall NOT proceed from stage to stage (task to task) of infiltration restoration work without first being inspected and receiving approval by the IEUA Project Manager.
