Renovation of a day care center in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General & Home Improvement Contractors on behalf of Children's Learning Center (CLC) located at 64 Palmer Hill Road, Stamford, CT 06902, to Install Wood Siding at our 64 Palmer Hill Road Facility Location. Contractors must have a minimum of (7) years related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with portal and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. Mark your Envelope: "Bid "Replacement of Exterior Wood Siding" All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford & CLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws.
