The consulting engineer for this project is: Tighe and Bond, 1000 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT 203.712.1100. This Contract is subject to State set-aside and contract compliance requirements. A proposer may not withdraw a proposal within ninety (90) days of the proposal opening.
