Replacement of the existing hot water process boiler in the digester building at the Village's Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 1532 Artaius Parkway, Libertyville, IL, with a steel fire tube boiler with an industrial combustion burner. o Furnish all labor and equipment necessary to remove existing boiler and dispose off-site. o Furnish all labor and equipment necessary to install new minimum 70HP low pressure hot water boiler and appurtenances. o Furnish and install one industrial combustion burner matched to the new boiler by the manufacturer. o Fabricate and install new hot water supply and return connections. o Complete all required electrical work to disconnect and connect new boiler and controls. o Furnish all labor and materials (including fittings) to disconnect and reconnect the boiler stack and restore operation of the new boiler. o Furnish and install pipe cover for all new boiler piping and any removed insulation related to the replacement of the boiler. o Complete all required Owner (Village) Permits (including, but not limited to HVAC, Electrical). Any Permit fees will be waived. o All shipping and handling costs associated with the required material and equipment. o All necessary shop fabrication for the required ductwork and piping. o Job mobilization and demobilization and work site clean-up. o Provide all written start-up documentation at the completion of the project. o Provide all necessary safety training for the wastewater treatment plant staff. o One-year workmanship guarantee. o One-year equipment manufacturers warranty
