Renovation of a parking garage in Mountain Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Town of Mountain Village is now accepting bids for the Town of Mountain Village Gondola Parking Structure Overlay. For all technical questions, please direct all calls to: Finn Kjome 970-729-3441 or fkjome@mtnvillage.org or Jim Loebe 970-79-3434 or jloebe@mtnvillage.org Term of Contract: Date of Award through September 30th, 2022 Work scheduled shall begin no sooner than Monday, May 30th, 2022 and shall be completed no later than Friday, September 30th, 2022. One of the following required of the successful bidder; a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of total bid price required to protect the Town's interest and the bonds shall not expire prior to one (1) year following final payment; or an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of the Town from a bank satisfactory to the Town in the amount of 50% of the contract price; or an account For Benefit of the Town of Mountain Village would be opened in the amount of 50% of the contract requiring two (2) signers from TMV with a collateral hold placed on the account. The TMV reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in the bid offer.
