Reference number : 1582542 Review Title : Pumping, dehydration, transport and disposal of sludge from a treatment plant using aerated ponds Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Pumping, dewatering, transport and disposal of sludge from a treatment plant using aerated ponds The Municipality of Saint-Léonard-d'Aston wishes to obtain tenders for the pumping, dehydration, transport and disposal of the sludge accumulated in basins No. 1 and No. 3 of the treatment plant. The quantities of sludge are evaluated at: Basin No. 1: approxi 325 dry metric tons (DMT) at approxi 11% dryness; Basin no. 3: approxi 90 dry metric tons (DMT) at approxi 4.9% dryness. The Municipality mandated Techni-Consultant to draft the terms of this call for tenders. The contact person to contact is: Mr. Pierre-Luc Bellemare, Eng. A tender guarantee in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the tender must accompany the tender. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders and incurs no costs and no liability towards the tenderer(s) in the event of the rejection of all the tenders or the withdrawal of certain parts of the contract. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. No mandate will be awarded in the event that the regulations necessary to finance the work do not receive all the necessary authorizations or acceptances.
