Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Easley, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Trail Construction. The proposed project will include construction of approximately 2,000 LF of asphalt multi-use path and 2 sections of boardwalk approximately 745LF to traverse the Brushy Creek and associated wetlands within the project corridor. This project is federally funded through a participation agreement with SCDOT. All Bidders must be SCDOT prequalified. The completion time for this project is 270 consecutive days to begin on agreed designated date. Bidders shall submit with their bid, A BID BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF QUOTED BID PRICE. This bond may be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to the City of Easley, South Carolina. Bids submitted without being accompanied by any of the foregoing shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected
