Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Princess Anne, Maryland. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of June 8 2022, this project has not yet been formally awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work consists of construction of a wastewater treatment plant capable of achieving Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR). The plant will consist of screening units, flow equalization, membrane bioreactor system (MBR), UV disinfection, waste sludge aeration, sludge drying beds, shellfish protection emergency holding tanks, and all associated chemical feed systems, pumps, blowers, emergency generator, buildings, and electrical. The treatment plant will be built upon an existing 8,400 square foot elevated timber deck adjacent to the existing treatment plant. Demolition of the existed treatment plant required after the ENR/MBR system is operational. The MBR system and associated equipment was secured by the OWNER through an MDE approved competitive procurement and will be furnished by ZENON-SUEZ under a fixed-price contract applicable to all BIDDERS. Any Contractor having questions concerning the bid should submit them in writing via email to the Issuing Office at cderbyshire@gmbnet.com no later than 2:00 PM, on April 8, 2022. Questions shall include the project name (Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade - SICWP) in the subject heading. Questions Due date will be revised to April 22, 2022
