Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Muncie, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
For repair work at McCulloch Park Lodge in McCulloch Park at 800 BLK N Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Muncie, Indiana. (The building does not have a regular address; location map is provided in bid packet) Repair work will include masonry repair and roofing with alternates taken for timber repair/replacement, window re-glazing, bollard installation. All the necessary tools and materials are part of the project and to be provided by the Contractor. This project will be funded through the Citys Community Development Block Grant and the winning Bidder MUST NOT be debarred from federal work on the portal. This project will be subject to prevailing wage per the Davis Bacon Wage Act. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bond equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. If the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty days after date set for opening of bids. The Board of Works has the right to reject any and all bid responses.
