The Corporation of the Township of Langley requests Quotations for the hazardous materials abatement, building demolition, and site rejuvenation of 20793 72 Ave, Langley B.C. V2Y 1T6. The building was formally a multi-use two-storey building that contained a convenience store and a second-floor residential living space. There is also a residential on-site wastewater treatment system that used to serve the building. The Parking Lot is located to the south of the building. Any pavement surrounding the building, including the parking lot is to remain. The septic dispersal field is located on the mound that is north of the building.
