The place of performance of the work is at the establishment of Ecole La Martiniere located at 520, rue de la Sorbonne, Levis (Quebec) G7A 1Y5 . The contract must begin after June 27, 2022 and be completed on or before Monday August 22, 2022 . Interested firms may obtain specifications, plans and other relevant documents from the Electronic Tendering System at website. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , either in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes , payable to the Center de services scolaire Navigators, or an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of bids. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act(RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice bond insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c.
