The design and implementation of several access ladders for catwalks throughout the penthouses and a work platform for accessing the cooling tower sump and fill. The scope of work would allow for the safe access to these work areas by maintenance personnel. Consultant to consider option for installation of cage with access ladder. To install a permanent fixed stairway with guardrails on the main roof that allows safe access to the atrium roof while removing the risk of falling.
