The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified engineering firm to collect the pavement condition data and provide condition rating for its major road network through automated or semi-automated data collection methods and equipment. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The agreement will be in effect for an initial two (2) year term. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement for one (1) additional four (4) year period for a total potential term not to exceed six (6) years. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
