Jenny Underhill : Inquiries ,Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 3/24/2022, 2 PM The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting quotations with the City of East Grand Rapids for placed landscape mulch in cubic yards. Kent County and East Grand Rapids must be invoiced individually for actual amounts delivered. Material and color must be verified before purchase orders are issued. Delivery dates, actual quantities and coordination will be made between the select supplier and maintenance personnel at the multiple facilities. Each local agency reserves its right to award at its sole discretion without regard to the terms and conditions in this request. Each local agency is independently and solely responsible for the awards each local agency accepts.
