The City of Victorville reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award a Contract to the bidder who best meets the requirements to perform the work. Relevant factors which shall be considered in evaluating the proposals are: qualifications & certifications of key personnel; related projects that key personnel have worked on; completeness and accuracy of submission documents, to include acknowledgement of any released addenda; length and nature of warranties; past experiences with the City; references from other cities, developers, or municipalities regarding past work; and unit prices listed in the Cost Proposal Form. The City further reserves the right to award the Contract to other than the lowest Proposer or to award to one or more proposers if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Any prospective Proposer desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitations, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing directly to the Purchasing Section. Last day to MARCH 24, 2022 @12:00 p.m. will be the last day to submit any questions. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
