One complete job. Furnish all necessary labor to construct a 16' X 30' covered storage shed at the Buckhorn Lake Project Office Area. Contractor will be required to excavate, possibly jack-hammer adequate area needed to set 12, 6" X 6" support post 24 inches below grade and allow room to pour two 80lbs bags of quick-crete, mixed to set for each post. The Contractor must then proceed to construct the storage shed structure utilizing construction standards approved by Project POC. Once framed, the contractor must apply plywood, a vapor barrier and corrugated metal roofing. The contractor must also install metal siding to three sides of the structure. Any excavated material will become property of the contractor to be removed from the property and disposed of by the contractor in accordance with Federal, State and Local environmental requirements.
