Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Alex Park Phase 2A (Site 1 and Site 2) complex in its entirety is a twin tower, multiple occupancy, mixed-used development consisting of shared, below grade parking levels, podiums with retail and commercial daycare uses and 2 mid-rise residential towers. The extent of this Contract is bounded by the entire boundaries of both Site 1 and Site 2 where Site 1 is known as the MRKT Condo and Site 2 is known as Atkinson Apartment. Dundas Alexandra Park Residences Inc. is the owner of land known as Site 1 and TCHC is the owner of land known as Site 2. Deltera will be the Construction Manager for Alex Park Phase 2A project (Site 1 and Site 2) and is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Ventilation services at Alexandra Park Phase 2A. The project will be awarded to the successful proponent with the highest, final and ranking Proposal and the project agreement will be entered with Dundas Alexandra Park Residences Inc. This work is categorized as Ventilation work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
