This specification outlines the requirements to furnish and deliver dewatering pumps, complete as specified herein. Prior to bidding, Bidders may visit Authority property to examine the current dewatering pumps. Visitation appointments shall be made with the Authoritys Assistant Manager of Facility Systems Mr. Paul Deiseroth, telephone (412) 488-2052. No samples of equipment specified will be provided prior to bidding on this contract Equipment shall be warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the Port Authority accepts the equipment. The manufacturers standard warranty shall apply in addition to this warranty. These warranties are in addition to any rights provided under the Uniform Commercial Code or any other remedies provided by law. The Contractor shall be able to deliver the dewatering pumps within one hundred-fifty (150) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. The equipment shall be F.O.B. delivered to the following location: Port Authority of Allegheny County South Hills Junction Building No. 4 611 West Warrington Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15226 Attn: Paul Deiseroth Delivery shall be made between the hours of 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding Port Authority holidays.
