The City of Cripple Creek is accepting proposals from qualified electrical inspectors whose scope of services will include the inspection of electrical work in residential and commercial buildings and structures for compliance with the City s Adopted Building Code. The contractor must be a master electrician, licensed by the State of Colorado, and pass the ICC E2 commercial electrical inspectors examination. Applicants must be able to read plans on electronic media. Applicants must meet the requirements of 2016 Colorado Revised Statutes Title 12 - Professions and Occupations General Article 23 - Electricians 12-23-115. Inspectors Qualifications. The City of Cripple Creek reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; and to waive any informalities.
