Description: State Project No. 2022-144-02-8P432 This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 7% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolish existing sanitation building, slab and foundation system. 2. Construct new seasonal shower building, including all related equipment, appurtenances, and utility installation. 3. Upgrade surrounding site area at new building location to provide landscaping, parking and accessible routes to and around building. 4. Modifications to the existing campground for ADA upgrades.
